MCP4131-103E/P Function Overview

●The MCP4131-103E/P is a 7-bit (129 wiper steps) non-volatile Digital Potentiometer with volatile memory, programmed/reprogrammed through an SPI compatible interface. It features zero to full-scale wiper operation. It supports split rail applications.

● 128 Resistors with taps to VSS and VDD

● SPI compatible interface

● <100ppm Typical absolute (rheostat)

● <10ppm Typical ratiometric (potentiometer) low tempco

● 100R Typical low wiper resistance

● Resistor network terminal disconnect

● Brown-out reset protection (1.5V typical)

● Serial interface inactive current (2.5µA typical)

● High-voltage tolerant digital inputs up to 12.5V

● Supports split rail applications

● Internal weak pull-up on all digital inputs

●ESD sensitive device, take proper precaution while handling the device.
