●The BD25HC5MEFJ-ME2 is a fixed output low dropout (LDO) regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. The output accuracy is ±1% of output voltage. It has built-in overcurrent protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0µA at shutdown mode and thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by overload condition. The device is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long life.

● Fixed output voltage of 2.5V

● Output current of 1.5A

● Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified

● Input power supply voltage range from 4.5V to 8V

● Minimum dropout voltage of 0.6V at VCC=5V, IO=1.5A, TA = 25°C

● High accuracy reference voltage circuit

● Maximum circuit current of 5µA at shutdown mode (TA = 25°C)

● Line regulation of 25mV at VCC =( Vo+0.9V)→8.0V, TA = 25°C

● Load regulation of 25mV at IO=0 to 1.5A, TA = 25°C

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C

●The residue of flux may negatively affect product performance and reliability when highly active halogenous (chlorine, bromine etc) flux is used.
