●The BD50HC0MEFJ-ME2 is a LDO regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. This LDO regulator has an output current 1A with output accuracy of ±1%. It has a built-in over current protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0µA at shutdown mode and thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by over load condition. It is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long-life.

● High accuracy reference voltage circuit

● Input power supply voltage range from 4.5V to 8.0V

● Fixed output voltage is 5V

● Minimum dropout voltage is 0.6V

● Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C

●ESD sensitive device, take proper precaution while handling the device.

●The residue of flux may negatively affect product performance and reliability when highly active halogenous (chlorine, bromine etc) flux is used.
