●The BD52E40G-MTR is a free delay time setting CMOS voltage detector in 5 pin SSOP package. It is highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector IC with a capacitor controlled time delay. The line up includes BD52Exxx devices with N-channel open drain output. It is used in circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset for automotive applications such as car navigation, car audio, meter panel, exterior lamp etc.

● Detection voltage is 4V

● High accuracy detection voltage of ±1.0%

● Delay time controlled by external capacitor

● Ultra low current consumption of 0.95µA

● Very small, lightweight and thin package

● Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C

●ESD sensitive device, take proper precaution while handling the device.

●The residue of flux may negatively affect product performance and reliability when highly active halogenous (chlorine, bromine etc) flux is used.
