●The FPDB30PH60 is a PFC SPM3 series smart power module providing a fully featured, high performance bridgeless PFC input power stage for many applications. This module integrate optimized gate drive of the built in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple on module protection features including under voltage lockout, over current shutdown, thermal monitoring and fault reporting. The FPDB30PH60 also feature high performance output diodes and shunt resistor for additional space savings and mounting convenience. It combines optimized circuit protection and drive IC matched to high frequency switching IGBTs. The system reliability is further enhanced by the integrated under voltage lockout and over current protection function.
