●The FRDM-KE02Z40M is a freedom development platform featuring the Kinetis E series MKE02Z64VQH4 industry"s first 5V microcontroller built on the ARM Cortex M0+ core. This microcontroller includes a powerful array of analog, communication, timing and control peripherals with varying flash memory size and pin count. Additionally, it is a highly robust, cost effective and energy efficient microcontroller that provide the appropriate entry level solution. Ultimately, this product is the next generation microcontroller solution, offering enhanced ESD/EMC performance for cost sensitive, high reliability device applications used in high electrical noise environments. The FRDM-KE02Z40M features two microcontrollers, the target microcontroller and a serial and debug adapter (OpenSDA) microcontroller. The target microcontroller is a Kinetis E series KE02 family device and OpenSDA microcontroller is a Kinetis K series K20 family device K20DX128VFM5.
