●The MAX6100EUR+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a low cost, low dropout, micropower voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This three terminal device features a curvature correction circuit and laser trimmed, thin film resistors that result in a temperature coefficient of ±75ppm/°C at -40°C to +85°C and an initial accuracy of 0.4%. This series mode voltage reference draw only 90µA of supply current and can source 5mA and sink 2mA of load current. It offers a supply current that is virtually independent of the supply voltage (with only a 4µA/V variation with supply voltage) and do not require an external resistor. The low dropout voltage, independent supply voltage and ultralow supply current makes this device ideal for battery operated and high performance low voltage systems. It is used in portable battery powered systems, notebook computers, PDA, GPS, DMM, cellular phones, hard disk drives.
